- 1 Tbsp Scrambled Egg (I used Carton Egg)

-1/2 Tbsp light Butter (I used earth balance)

-2 Tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk

-1/4 Tsp Vanilla

-3 1/2 Tbsp Whole Wheat Flour

-1/4 Tsp Baking Powder

-2 Packets Truvia

-Itty Bitty pinch of salt

-4 Tbsps Fat Free Reddi Whip

First Post!

I would like to call this my year of “new beginnings”. I have moved into a new apartment, officially declared my major to Elementary Education and am going to make the ultimate leap to live a better lifestyle. 

New goals:

  • Exercise once a day for 30 minutes - 1 hour. 
  • Eat breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and 2 small snacks per day
  • Stay away from fast food as much as possible
  • Drink plenty of water
  • Take multivitamins in the morning
  • Study hard (aim for a 3.0 or higher)
  • Keep my cool. Don’t get worked up if results don’t come fast enough.
  • BE HAPPY. 
  • LOVE UNCONDITIONALLY.
